The Board of Directors is responsible for advising, governing, overseeing policy and direction and assisting with the leadership and general promotion of Riverside Foundation to support the organization’s mission of providing quality services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Board members volunteer to lend their expertise, talents and interest for a specific term. During their term, board members are involved in strategic planning for the agency, ensuring financial stability and hiring and evaluating the Executive Director.
